SafeGallery ("the App") is a kid-safe photo gallery viewer for Android. It is developed and maintained as an independent project.
This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. The short answer: it doesn't collect any.

We collect absolutely no personal data, usage data, or device information — ever.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share:

- Your photos, videos, or any media on your device

- Usage statistics or crash reports
- Any other personal or non-personal information
📡 Internet & Network Access
SafeGallery does not require an internet connection and does not make any network requests. The App operates entirely offline.
No data is ever sent to any server — ours or anyone else's.
🖼️ Photo & Storage Access
The App requests permission to read photos and media on your device. This permission is used solely to display your gallery within the App.
Your photos are never copied, uploaded, analysed, or accessed outside of what is displayed on screen within the App.
🎯 Advertising
SafeGallery contains no advertisements of any kind.
There are no ad SDKs, no ad networks, and no third-party advertising frameworks integrated into this App.
🔧 Third-Party Services
SafeGallery does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking libraries. No data is shared with any third party because no data is collected in the first place.
👶 Children's Privacy
SafeGallery is designed to be used by young children under parental supervision. The App fully complies with applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.
Because the App collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for use by children of all ages.
🔒 Data Security
Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data at risk. All parental control settings (browsing timer, content hiding preferences, app pin) are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

If this Privacy Policy is updated in the future, the new policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Any future changes will not retroactively alter how your data was previously handled — which is to say, it was never handled at all.
